1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Content-Lift website and services provided by Autometa Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Content-Lift provides YouTube content production and strategy services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Commitment Period

Our standard services require a minimum 6-month commitment. Early termination may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement. This commitment ensures adequate time to achieve meaningful results.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due monthly in advance
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
Late payments may result in service suspension
All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all content produced for their channels. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, strategies, and business details. NDAs are available upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific YouTube metrics (subscribers, views, revenue). YouTube algorithm changes and market conditions are outside our control. We commit to delivering high-quality content and strategy based on proven methods.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period. Early termination is subject to the terms in your service agreement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
